“Excuse me,” Adam's voice cracked like that of an indecisive teenage boy. Ibrahim had started making his way out of the tent but stopped and looked back at the couple.

He smiled. He couldn't help himself. They looked almost endearing, the young shivering husband and his naked beautiful young wife by him. “Yes?”

“Excuse me, sir. I was wondering,” Adam was finding it difficult to put words to his thoughts. It didn't escape Ibrahim's notice that neither of the two recently addressed him by name anymore.

“Tell me, boy, what's up?”

Adam cleared his throat. Abigail took his hand and squeezed it, giving him the needed strength. “Will you do us the great honor of accepting my wife in gratitude?"

In the long protracted silence and the glare of the tall, dark man, Adam could hear his heart beating like a drum. Could Abigail hear it too, he wondered. Could Ibrahim? A soft gasp escaped Abigail's pursed lips, and he looked up to see that Ibrahim's maleness had started to come alive and rise up from between his thick thighs like a beast of mythology.
